Q - Is this a secure purchase? Is my personal information protected?
  • A - All purchases are handled through a secure Paypal transaction. No sensitive information is exchanged on my site, or outside of Paypal.
Q. What about my privacy?Q - When do I get to download my purchase?
  • A - As soon as the payment process is completed.
Q. How do I get my purchase?
  • A - You will receive a link to your download file in an email as soon as the payment process is complete.
Q - What about a purchase order history? What if I need to download a file again?
  • A - You will still have access to all your purchases. Please contact me if you need to download a file.

Q - How many images are in the gallery?
  • A - The answer to that question can be found at the bottom of each page.
Q. I simply cannot afford the licensing fee(s) at the moment. Can I have images for free with some sort of trade or a link back to your site?
  • A - No, absolutely not.
Q - I am planning on developing an indie MMORPG or indie movie but my budget is very limited. Can we make some arrangement for compensation other than a licensing fee?
  • A - No, absolutely not.
Q. What format are these images in?
  • A - The images in this gallery are all in RGB JPG format.
Q - Can I have an image converted over to CMYK format?
  • A - Yes you can. There is a small conversion fee of $15 per image. There is no guarantee the colors will remain exactly the same with an RGB to CMYK conversion. There is usually some color shifts.
Q. I found your art posted on an illegal warez site or being sold under the name of someone else. Should I send you the link?
  • A - Yes, please send me the link.
Q - I paid for a license to use your art. Why am I not allowed to sell it on Zazzle or anywhere else?
  • A - You paid for a license to use my art, you do not own the image or the copyright. You do not have the right to sell it or redistribute it as is anywhere. A license to use my art does not grant you the right of copyright or redistribution.
Q. Can I use your art in multiple designs on multiple sites?
  • A - Yes you can under an Extended Commercial, Print of Gaming License.
Q - Is there a limit on how many times I can use an image?
  • A - Yes, if you paid for a Personal or Limited Commercial License your usage is limited to the definitions of those licenses. Under an Extended Commercial or Print/Gaming License the artwork can be used in various media projects. Please review the Terms of Service for more details.
Q. I would like to use your art for a book cover or a CD cover. Is that allowed?
  • A - Yes it is, under an under an Extended Commercial or Print/Gaming License. Please review the Terms of Service for more details.
Q - I have noticed there is a small signature on the full size images. Can I have that removed?
  • A - Not unless you purchase an exclusive license.
Q - If I get an exclusive license on an image, do I own the copyright too?
  • A - No, you do not. I retain the copyright to all my images regardless of licensing.
Q - We would like to use your art to mass produce an item (mousepads, notebooks, posters, etc.) for sale. Is that allowed?
  • A - That kind of use is allowed under a Print/Gaming License. Please review the Terms of Service for more details.
