PayPal and Stripe are the ONLY merchant gateways used for orders on this site.
Credit Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay as well as ACH Debit.
If you pay by ACH Debit or e-check, your order will not be available for download until payment is cleared.
Most orders are available for immediate download after the payment process is completed. You will receive an email with your download links included.
Because of the risk of fraud, any new orders with Hotmail and Yahoo email addresses are delayed until the the email is verified.
If you need to have your download(s) reset, please
ask me. You will need to provide either a copy of your payment receipt or the transaction ID number as proof of purchase.
Please make sure your payment receipt is safely stored in case you ever need a download reset.
If a file(s) has been downloaded, no refund(s) will be given. If you have licensed the wrong image, please
contact me and DO NOT download the file(s). I will set you up with the correct file(s) for download.
If a chargeback on your card is intiated, regardless of the circumstances, you will be permanently banned from this site.
